The “NiceFoto” APP and related services refer to the mobile application program named “NiceFoto,” which is legally owned and operated by Shenzhen Nice Photography Equipment Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “the company”). NiceFoto is a mobile control tool developed by Nice for LED lighting products.
NiceFoto respects and protects users' privacy. This privacy policy will inform you how NiceFoto collects and uses your information and how NiceFoto protects the security of this information. You must read this privacy policy carefully and agree to all its terms before becoming a NiceFoto user. This privacy policy becomes effective immediately upon your registration as a NiceFoto user and is binding on you and NiceFoto.

1.1.1 When you use NiceFoto products and services, you need to provide us with your phone number or email address, which is your personal information that you voluntarily provide when registering/logging in with a phone number or email address. This information is used to identify you as a user. Please understand and agree that the phone number or email address you provide can be used by NiceFoto to contact you. If you refuse to provide this information, you will not be able to use the NiceFoto registration, sharing, remote control, and other functions, but you can use most of NiceFoto's functions in access mode.
1.1.2 After completing the registration process according to NiceFoto's registration rules, you have the right to connect Bluetooth devices and control lighting equipment through NiceFoto. The username and password registered on NiceFoto (hereinafter referred to as "username and password") together constitute the only valid proof of user identity for connecting Bluetooth devices and controlling lighting equipment through NiceFoto. Some functions and services of NiceFoto cannot be used properly until the registration and login process is completed.
1.1.3 You should have the civil capacity appropriate to your behavior as stipulated by the laws of the People's Republic of China or the country you reside in before you start registering to use NiceFoto. If you do not have the civil capacity appropriate to user behavior, you and your guardian should bear all consequences arising from this in accordance with the law (minors should read this under the supervision of their guardian).
1.1.4 When you use the light source matching/color picker function for taking pictures, we need to request permission to call your camera, photo album, and storage; if you refuse to call, you will not be able to enjoy the aforementioned services, but it will not affect your use of other functions of NiceFoto.
1.1.5 You acknowledge and agree that the contact information (including phone numbers) you provide during the use of products or services will be used for user notification, identity verification, and security verification. Please rest assured that SMS messages are mainly used to send verification codes for registration and password modification purposes.
1.1.6 You should properly keep your username and password, and should not give, transfer, sell, or lend them to others for use without NiceFoto's prior written consent or as otherwise provided in this agreement. If you find that your username and password are used by others, you should immediately notify NiceFoto to avoid or mitigate losses. Any loss or damage caused by network attacks, improper storage of username and password by the user, transfer or loan of username and password, failure to fulfill notification obligations under this agreement and other related agreements, or other non-platform reasons, shall be borne by the user, and NiceFoto shall not be held liable.
1.1.7 We will not collect or store your location information, advertising identifiers, or device IDs in any form, and we will not share any of your information with third parties or other users.
1.2 System Permission Acquisition
1.2.1 Location Permission: When you use your phone to connect to NiceFoto Bluetooth devices, our app will request location permission. This permission is necessary because Bluetooth scanning can be used to collect user location information. If you refuse to authorize, you will not be able to enjoy the aforementioned services and it will affect your use of NiceFoto to control lighting devices.
1.2.2 Camera, Photo Album Permissions: When you use the photo shooting and uploading function, our app will request permission to call the camera (camera) and photo album (photo library). If you refuse to authorize, you will not be able to enjoy the aforementioned services, but it will not affect your use of other functions of NiceFoto.
1.2.3 Read and Write Storage Permissions: To store service log information generated by writing to the cache, our app will request read and write storage permissions. If you refuse to authorize, you will not be able to enjoy the aforementioned services, but it will not affect your use of other functions of NiceFoto.
1.2.4 Bluetooth Permission: Our app will call your Bluetooth permission when connecting to Bluetooth devices. If you choose not to enable this permission, it may affect your normal use of NiceFoto and your use of NiceFoto to control lighting devices.
1.3 How We Use Your Personal Information
Your personal information is only used for the purposes explicitly stated at the time of collection and with your consent. If used for other purposes, we will seek your consent in advance. The purpose of collecting user information and personal information is to better provide you with our product and service quality and to ensure we comply with laws and regulations. 1.3.1 Create Your Account Information. Personal information collected when creating an account through our products or services is used to establish the user's personal account and profile page.

5.5 If you need to terminate the use of the "NiceFoto" account service, you can apply to cancel your "NiceFoto" account under the following conditions:
a. You can only apply to cancel your own account and follow the process of "NiceFoto" for cancellation;
b. You are still responsible for your behavior during the period of using "NiceFoto" services before account cancellation;
c. After successful cancellation, account records and functions will not be recoverable or provided.
If you need to cancel your "NiceFoto" account, please open the NiceFoto client, go to [Settings] - [Account and Security] to cancel the account according to the prompts.
5.6 Cancel Authorization: Each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed (see the "How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information" section of this privacy policy). You can change the scope of authorization for us to continue collecting personal information or withdraw your authorization consent by deleting personal information, closing device permission settings, changing relevant product or function settings pages, or canceling your account. However, your decision to withdraw consent will not affect the personal information processing based on your previous authorization.
5.7 Responding to Your Requests: To ensure data security, we will verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within 7 business days. For reasonable requests, we do not charge fees in principle. However, for repeated, excessive requests, we will charge a certain cost based on the circumstances. Despite the aforementioned agreements, in the following situations, according to laws and regulations or regulatory requirements, we will not be able to respond to your request:
a. Related to fulfilling legal obligations;
b. Directly related to national security and defense security;
c. Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
d. Directly related to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, and judgments;
e. If we have sufficient evidence to show that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights;
f. For the sake of protecting your or other individuals' life, property, and other major legitimate rights, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
g. Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals, organizations;
h. Involving trade secrets.
5.8 We will respond to your requests for changes, deletions, or withdrawal of authorization in a timely manner. If manual operations are required, we will complete the verification and processing within 7 business days.
6. How This Privacy Policy Is Updated
We may adjust or change this privacy policy from time to time. Any updates to this privacy policy will be published on the mobile client by indicating the update time. Unless otherwise mandatory by laws and regulations or regulatory requirements, the updated content will take effect within 7 days after notification or publication. Please pay attention to the relevant announcements, reminders, and changes to agreements, rules, and other related content. If you disagree with the updated content of the privacy policy, you should immediately stop using the corresponding services and cancel the relevant account.
